| Hi, I placed an order on March 3, 2012, and still have not received it. It shows on my account that you charged my card on March 5th. Two things: I got charged $11 more then what I originally paid for, and also why does it show on your website that I haven't paid and my order is unconfirmed. I also didn't receive an email regarding my order. I paid through your 3rd party. On my statement it shows gloveu net took payment. Please let me know what's going on with my order ASAP.
